It was an early trip out to Newhouse for the three of us for a days training on how to operate cherry pickers and scissor lifts. Kev had previously done this course, I had been operating these machines for years and Noel had virtually no experience on them at all. After a long morning sitting in a classroom sitting theory tests, it was out to the car park for the practical side of things through a tricky, tight, little course. I was a bit on the slow side, Kev strolled it, and Noel just took the bull by the horns and breezed it. The outcome……..3 fully trained guys with tickets to use powered access equipment. Well done lads.
