How do we receive personal information?
We only collect personal information when you specifically provide it to us. This may happen when you contact Noble Signs, register on our website, or register to receive future e-newsletters.
Where stated we may use the personal information you provide to contact you in the future about our work and for marketing purposes.
What do we do with your personal information?
We are legally obliged by the Data Protection Act 1998 to make sure that we only use your information for the purposes for which it was requested. In addition we may use the information for the following purposes:

- To administer any accounts you create on the website
- To provide you with other information on services we provide or projects we are involved with which we believe may be of interest to you

We take care to make sure that the way we use your data is secure – and we are constantly improving our systems and processes to make sure that your data is handled efficiently and safely. In order to do this we adopt appropriate data collection, storage and processing practices and security measures to protect against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction of your personal information.
If you have subscribed to receive e-newsletters, we will use your email address to send you information about important issues and changes to the website. Each email will give you the option to stop receiving information from the Noble Signs. If you have requested information to be sent to you, we will only use the email address and postal address provided to communicate with you about this information in the future.
Will we share your personal information with anyone else?
No we will not pass your information on to any third party organisation. We do not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others. We may use third party service providers to operate our business or to administer activities on your behalf but personal information will only be disclosed where it is necessary for performance of the services in question for you and for no other purpose. In any event we will ensure that such third party service provider is also registered with the Information Commissioner and has adequate measures of security in place for protection of your personal information.
Keeping your information up-to-date and rights of access
Changes made will be actioned as soon as practical and generally within five working days, although due to the way that we select and use data it may take up to one calendar month for the changes to become effective. Any requests for access to information must be in writing and will be responded to within 40 days. We may however make a small administration charge for access requests.
